  • How do I check Availability?
  • You can check Availability by going to our Reservation Enquiry page, where there is an Availability Calendar.
  • How do I make a Reservation?
  • The easiest and most efficient way to make a reservation with us, is to click on the "Book Online Now" button wherever you see it. This takes you to our booking portal on www.FreeToBook.com, where you can select from various options and complete your booking online. If you have any questions before you make your reservation, please go to our Reservation Enquiry page and fill out the reservation form.

    If you prefer, you can also make a reservation by calling us at +255 758 842917 or +1 786 375-9056.
  • Can I pay for my reservation immediately on your website?
  • Yes you can, by clicking on the "Book Online Now" button wherever you see it, and using our www.FreeToBook.com booking portal to make your reservation.

    If using our Reservation Inquiry form, or if making your reservation by phone, we accept payment via Credit Card (Visa™ and MasterCard™) and via Bank Transfer (TT). You can also contact us directly for payment details. (Once you submit our Reservation Enquiry Form, we will send you information on how to make payment.)
  • What is the Booking Procedure?

  • Do you offer weekend rentals?
  • We take in guests on any day of the week.
  • Do you offer any special rates or packages?
  • Please see our Rates & Payment page for special rates and packages that we may have from time to time.
  • Is there a minimum-stay period?
  • Kilikonka has a minimum-stay period of 1 night.
  • How far in advance should I make my reservation?
  • We require that your reservation is made at least 40 days prior to your intended arrival date. However, we strongly recommend that you book earlier to avoid disappointment. (15% payment for the duration of your stay is required at the time of booking. Payment of the balance should be received at least 30 days prior to your arrival date. However, if paying with a credit card belonging to one of the members of the traveling party, payment can be made upon arrival.) The earlier the better!
  • Is there a Rental Agreement?

  • How do I sign the Rental Agreement?
  • If you fill out your Reservation on our website (Reservation Form), you will be required to tick/check the box that indicates you have read the Rental Agreement and agree to the terms therein. This acts as your 'digital signature', and you will thus not have to 'physically' sign the agreement.

    If you call us to make your reservation or make your reservation through any other means, we will eMail you a printable Rental Agreement in PDF format. You will need to print this agreement, physically sign and date it and initial every page, then scan all the signed and initialed pages and eMail them to us.

  • What is your cancellation policy?
  • If Guest wishes to cancel his/her reservation, the rental fee will be refunded as follows:
    • Cancellations thirty (30) days or more prior to Check-In Date: We refund fully, minus a $25.00 cancellation fee, and a $35.00 non-refundable reservation fee, and any applicable taxes.
    • Cancellations made with less than thirty (30) days notice, but at least fourteen (14) days prior to Check-In Date: We retain 50% of the full rental fee indicated in your Booking Confirmation, including any applicable taxes.
    • Cancellations made with less than fourteen (14) days notice, but at least seven (7) days prior to Check-In Date: We retain 75% of the full rental fee indicated in your Booking Confirmation, including any applicable taxes.
    • Cancellations made less than seven (7) days prior to Check-In Date: We shall not be in a position to process any refunds due to the lost booking(s) that we may otherwise have made.
    • Applicable refunds are initiated within two (2) business days of receipt of cancellation.

  • What time can our family or group Check-In?
  • Our standard check-in time is 12:00 noon. Please call if you have a special request and we will check if it is possible to accommodate you.
  • What time do we have to Check-Out?
  • Our standard check-out time is (by) 10:00 AM, and we require that this is strictly adhered to in order to avoid inconveniencing Guests upon their arrival. Being a single home, late check-out will prevent other Guests from checking-in on time. To ensure your maximum comfort, please check your travel arrangements, and book/reserve an extra night if your departure is likely to be after 10.00 AM.
